1. Terms of Service

1.1 Acceptance & Eligibility

By integrating the LexonRank script, API, WordPress plugin or purchase VIP backlinks, you enter a legal agreement. You must ensure that your website does not contain illegal content, malware, or deceptive practices. We reserve the right to exclude websites from our network that violate these standards.

1.2 Service Description & Link Building

LexonRank provides access to a rotating pool of millions of articles across thousands of unique websites. Backlinks are generated as contextual links based on keyword matching. While we aim for high relevance and uptime, link visibility may vary as search engines crawl the network at different intervals.

1.3 Free vs. VIP Membership

Our service operates on two tiers:

• Free Version: Requires a link exchange (outbound links) via our plugin.
• VIP Version: No outbound links required, access to unlimited backlinks (based on subscription size), and the right to resell backlink services to your own clients.

1.4 Limitation of Liability (The "No-Responsibility" Clause)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LexonRank and its operators shall not be liable for any damages. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Loss of profits, search engine rankings, or traffic.
• Technical downtime or script errors on your domain.
• The impact of algorithm updates from search engines (e.g., Google).
• Consequential damages arising from the use of our automated link building network.

1.5 Payments & Stripe

Transactions for VIP subscriptions are processed via Stripe. We do not store financial data. All purchases of digital subscriptions and SEO services are final and non-refundable.

2. Privacy Policy (GDPR)

2.1 Data Processing & Hosting

We prioritize European data sovereignty. Our infrastructure is provided by Hetzner Online GmbH with servers located in Germany/Finland. Your data never leaves the European Union.

2.2 No-Cookie Tracking

LexonRank does not use cookies or local storage to track your website visitors. We process technical identifiers and anonymized data solely for the purpose of identifying keyword relevance and preventing fraud within our link network.

2.3 Publisher & Client Responsibility

You are responsible for your own website's compliance. VIP users reselling our services must ensure their clients are informed of these terms. LexonRank is not responsible for the content of websites participating in the link rotation.

2.4 Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Denmark. Any legal disputes shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Denmark.
